Dear Parent/ Carer
We are so sorry to have to inform you that we are unable to deliver on the Christingle service this afternoon, as we have a number of staff who are absent due to ill health. Having looked at the event this morning, we have tried every which way to save it, but can not find a solution to staffing and supporting the service this afternoon. If you were hoping for some Christmas cheer, then please do not hesitate to either volunteer for the walk to Aspenden on Friday and then stay for the Church service, or if you can't face the icy walk, please just come to the service. Timings are on our newsletter.
We are sorry again to disappoint, to soften the blow, we are offering the children a Christmas treat of a film in one of their lessons this afternoon.
